PharmaSentry™ Enterprise: Creating Lists & Agents

PharmaSentry™ Enterprise Starts with the client manager preparing a List’s profile data. There are five standard profile attributes (name, company, e-mail, account representative, account representative e-mail), but other attributes can be added for a more customized newsletter.

The client manager prepares an Excel file (or similar .csv or .tab file) for upload. Once the list is uploaded, the client manager matches columns in the Excel file to the List’s profile attributes. As the list loads in the system, PharmaSentry™ runs a check to make sure that there are no duplicated e-mail addresses within the List.

Once the List is uploaded, the client manager creates a PharmaSentry™ Agent. The client manager instructs the PharmaSentry™ Agent to watch specific terms. These terms can be keywords, companies, products, therapeutic categories, specific diseases, or any number of other criteria

The client manager instructs the PharmaSentry™ Agent to generate news stories on specific days and times.

Your can modify your PharmaSentry™ Agent or manage your lists at any time once your initial Agent is created.
